IRS Taxes: Rights and Remedies the IRS never informs Taxpayers 

Presented by: Renato Izquieta, Esq., staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County (LASOC) where he works in the litigation department assisting low income clients in civil legal issues such as family law, landlord tenant, public benefits, consumer matters, income tax, and more.  Additionally, Mr. Izquieta supervises the Homeless and Veteran’s Project at LASOC.  He provides direct services in homeless shelters, through Homeless Court, and reaching out to various homeless and veteran’s providers.  The comprehensive Collaborative Courts, where Mr. Izquieta also has the honor to sit as Judge Pro Tem, are specialized courts that address underlying issues that may be present in the lives of persons who come before the court.  Mr. Izquieta currently serves on the ABA Commission on Homeless and Poverty.  He has been a member of this Commission since 2010.  On November 7, 2012, Mr. Izquieta received the Humanitarian of the Year award presented by the Orange County Superior Court, Homeless Outreach Court and a Certificate of Recognition by the State of California Senate.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0. 

$30 for OCPA Members and $40.00 for Non-Members with payment via website event. $40.00 for all walk-in attendees. Dinner will be provided.
