Subpoena Laws of California (Part 1 of 2 Seminar) Deposition Subpoenas for Production of Business Records/Notice to Consumers/Declarations of Custodians of Records 

Presented by: Jim L. Ayer, VP Titan Legal Services, Inc. For the past 5 years Jim Ayer (VP of Titan Legal) and Jack Cambe (President of Titan Legal) have been putting on these classes for various Legal Organizations such as LAPA, OCPA, San Diego Legal Secretary Association, Orange County Legal Secretary Association and various LSI chapters in the region and many find the training to be very informative and educational. This seminar will include a complimentary 70+ page Subpoena Training Manual which includes each individual Subpoena form along with the rules/code sections associated with each subpoena. *It is recommended that anyone attending Part 1 to retain the booklet for use in Part 2 of this seminar that will be held at a future date.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online  (both members and non-members).  

Parking: Fee in the main structure is $5 per hour or free parking at the Family Fitness about a block away.
