Subpoena Laws of California (Part 2 of 2 Part Seminar) Deposition Subpoenas for Personal Appearance (with and without records), Trial/Hearing Subpoenas (with and without records), the three US District Court Subpoenas and the newest CA Subpoenas for cases pending outside of CA.

**This is the second part to the Litigation Seminar on March 26, 2015. Please be sure to bring your 70+ page handout that was distributed during the first seminar.

Presented by: Jim L. Ayer, VP Titan Legal Services, Inc. For the past 5 years Jim Ayer (VP of Titan Legal) and Jack Cambe (President of Titan Legal) have been putting on these classes for various Legal Organizations such as LAPA, OCPA, San Diego Legal Secretary Association, Orange County Legal Secretary Association and various LSI chapters in the region and many find the training to be very informative and educational. This seminar will include a complimentary 70+ page Subpoena Training Manual which includes each individual Subpoena form along with the rules/code sections associated with each subpoena. *It is recommended that anyone attending Part 1 to retain the booklet for use in Part 2 of this seminar that will be held at a future date.

OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE CREDIT 1.0.

Event Fee: $10.00 for OCPA members, $20.00 for non-members and $20.00 for all walk-ins who have not pre-registered online  (both members and non-members).  

Parking: Fee in the main structure is $5 per hour or free parking at the Family Fitness about a block away.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
