Morning Keynote- 1 hour (Ethics MCLE)


“Lessons in Leadership- a Paralegal's Guide to Success in the Workplace”

Zachary Zaharek, Esq. will discuss how you can be an "Influencer" within your law firm or legal department. Learn to build and sustain your "personal brand." Zachary will share lessons from thought leaders around the global and teach you how to THINK DIFFERENTLY about your career.

Zack is employed by First American Financial Corporation holding the position of Division Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel.  

Zack taught at the University of California, Irvine’s Paralegal program. In 2006, Zack was awarded Distinguished Instructor of the Year. Since 2005, Zack has sat on the University of California, Irvine’s Curriculum Advisory Board. Zack speaks regularly at Orange County Paralegal Association events including Section Meetings and past Educational Conferences. 

Zack is the Past President of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel - America (ACCA).  ACCA is the largest in-house bar association in the country. Zack is also a Director and Treasurer of the Public Records Industry Association.

Jennifer Hill, owner of JHill's Staffing looks at where ethics came from and why they are still an integral part of our daily life. She will explore the idea of integrity and bringing ethics not just to your professional life, but to your personal life.

Jennifer is focused on giving everyone access to his or her own greatness while having an extraordinary life with a career to love. Jennifer has spent over a decade as a speaker, corporate trainer, blogger, radio and television personality, and career expert.

She has appeared on Good Day LA, KTLA, CBS, ABC, FOX, and BBC News as an expert in the field of recruiting and job hunting.
