The basics of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Preparation presented by Attorney Peter Rasla.

Basic information of preparing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, a discussion of secured, unsecured, priority debts, reaffirmation agreements and what to expect at the meeting of creditors.

Speaker Bio: Attorney Peter Rasla has a detailed knowledge of both probate and bankruptcy law. He works with clients personally to evaluate their assets, finances, and all other factors as he develops a strategy that is aimed at meeting their end goals. In every case, he continues to find solutions in even the most difficult circumstances. He is a driven professional that uses his legal knowledge to provide quality assistance to his clients.

With extensive knowledge regarding estate planning in California, Attorney Rasla knows the ins and outs of the probate system. In addition, when it comes to bankruptcy cases, his first-hand experience has allowed him to see the devastating effects of debt, but also the solutions that can be provided through a well-planned bankruptcy filing.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event. 

Please note: Credit will not be issued to passport holders.
