Breaking down all the steps that go into pre-trial litigation and stages up and through conviction 


Presented by: Mark Swensson

Speaker Bio:  Mark Swensson is Deputy District Attorney for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and has been in that position since 2016. Mr. Swensson grew up in Anaheim before going to the University of California-Irvine to earn his bachelor’s in political science cum laude, and earned his jurisdoctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. His area of practice is focused on driving under the influence of drug cases as well as other serious and violent crimes including attempted murders, assaults with deadly weapons, and other complex felony matters.

Parking: Free after 6:30 p.m.  Attendees will take a parking ticket upon entrance to the structure, and no fees are due after 6:30 p.m.

Credit for a future meeting will be held in your OCPA account which may be applied to future meetings if your cancellation is received no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
