Corporations have been putting significant effort into increasing workforce productivity through mobile devices and optimizing infrastructure through Cloud storage of ESI. While these technologies are designed to save costs and enable employees to work from any location, they also may increase litigation risk and cost. This presentation will discuss the litigation pitfalls that may arise and methodologies that can help Paralegals avoid those issues.
