Presenter Biography

Kunal Patel is an in-house attorney with over two decades of experience in the legal field. Currently based in California, Kunal has a diverse background in handling commercial transactions, healthcare compliance matters, internal investigations, complex patent infringement cases, and other legal issues. He earned his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 2002.

Kunal’s practice focuses on providing strategic legal counsel to clients. He brings valuable in-house legal experience, having served as legal counsel for leading healthcare and semiconductor companies. In these roles, he managed commercial transactions, ensured compliance with healthcare regulations, and negotiated contracts that safeguarded the companies’ interests and met business objectives. His expertise in healthcare compliance has been crucial in navigating the complex regulatory landscape, providing clients with comprehensive legal solutions that align with industry standards.
