TECHNOLOGY SECTION MEETING

TOPIC: "From Support to Strategy: Future-Proofing Paralegals with Data and AI

Presented By: Keith Clark

Keith Clark is the founder and President of Jury Analyst (Litibit Corp), where he leads a multidisciplinary team of behavioral psychologists, data scientists, and trial strategy experts dedicated exclusively to empowering plaintiff trial teams with scientifically validated, data-driven tools. With decades of experience in innovation, neuromarketing, and psychographics, Keith has built Jury Analyst into a leading force in litigation intelligence by bridging behavioral science and machine intelligence to transform how cases are prepared, framed, and argued.

At the center of this work is Jury Simulator, Jury Analyst’s purpose-built machine intelligence platform that supports the entire litigation lifecycle, from early case assessment and discovery to witness preparation, deposition strategy, voir dire development, and trial strategy — including scenarios where cases resolve through mediation or settlement. The platform’s capabilities include large-sample quantitative research, venue-specific juror modeling, simulation-based focus groups, witness credibility analysis, deposition optimization, and live trial monitoring.

Under Keith’s leadership, Jury Analyst has made complex behavioral data practical and actionable for litigation teams, with a mission to equip plaintiff lawyers, paralegals, and support staff with the tools and insights needed to strengthen advocacy, anticipate bias, and make smarter, evidence-based decisions at every stage of a case, not just in the courtroom but long before it.
