BIO: After serving as a prosecutor and defense counsel as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate, including a stint as a Special Assistant to the US Attorney's Office (S.D. Cal.), Bo joined the Federal Public Defender's Office (C.D. Cal.) where he defended clients in high-profile and politically sensitive prosecutions.
Recently, Bo secured a not guilty verdict in the first ICE protest case tried by federal prosecutors. In private practice, Bo now represents individuals and businessess in high-stakes litigation.
