We are pleased to announce that our Keynote Speaker this year is Attorney Darren T. THE HUGS PROJECT

Throughout 2013, the OCPA will support our troops by collecting socks at each General Meeting, Section Meeting and the Educational Conference for The Hugs Project.  Started in 2004, The Hugs Project is dedicated to sending care packages to our Service Men and Women deployed in the Middle East.

Please bring as many socks as you can - tube, crew and especially moisture wicking socks are needed.
