How to Avoid Your Firm from Being Disqualified from Representing its Corporate Client of 20 Years This presentation will pertain to motions to disqualify counsel under the canons of professional responsibility due to conflicts of interest and former representations.  The take home message will be that "Loose lips can sink client relationships."

Presented by: Douglas W. Abendroth, Esq. Mr.Abendroth is a partner of North, Nash & Abendroth LLP. He is an experienced litigation attorney with the highest possible peer review rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell.
