VerticalPoint has prototyped a new product and is looking for seasoned real estate paralegals who would like to provide feedback in a focus group. You can help VerticalPoint ensure the product is highly usable for people who manage deals. In particular, VerticalPoint is seeking paralegals who have worked on loan workouts and loan originations. However, they will consider any participants who have significant experience working with closing checklists, diligence lists, deal management, VDRs, and/or manage a heavy volume of documents for deals or portfolios.
The sessions are approximately 60 minutes. If you meet with VerticalPoint in person in Newport Beach, they will provide lunch. VerticalPoint is offering compensation for your time and is currently scheduling sessions for the weeks of March 24 and March 31. They may extend the focus groups into the week of April 7, depending on participation during the next 2 weeks.
