    REAL ESTATE LAW TRENDS FOR 2022

    The presentation will discuss an array of topics including Landlord-Tenant laws, COVID and Eviction Law, and Workplace trends in Commercial Real Estate Law

    Presenter Biography

    Keith Attlesey, Esq., is the managing partner at Attlesey Storm, LLP.  Mr. Attlesey represents a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to publicly traded companies in: (i) landlord-tenant matters, including evictions (unlawful detainers), breach of lease, and security deposit disputes; (ii) negotiating, drafting, and reviewing residential and commercial real property purchase and sale agreements, leases and financing documents; (iii) foreclosure and foreclosure litigation. Mr. Attlesey has tried over 100 cases, including many jury trials. He is a frequent speaker for the Orange County Paralegal Association.

    OCPA is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE provider and certifies that this seminar qualifies for MCLE ETHICS CREDIT 1.5.

    Come enhance your technology skills "Let's Talk Tech: Tech Trends You Need to Know." with Doug Lusk the founder and CEO of National Society for Legal Technology ("NSLT"). 

    Presented By: Doug Lusk, J.D.

     Presenter Biography

    Doug first launched the NSLT as a student club in 2015 at the start of his 2L year of law school. The club quickly grew and spread to other schools. Those schools soon integrated the student club into their classrooms to replace the outdated textbooks with the NSLT's interactive software lessons.

    Doug quickly rose as a nationally recognized expert in the field of legal technology education. By the time Doug graduated from law school in June 2018, the NSLT was required classroom curriculum in over 60 universities across the United States. As of July 2020, the NSLT was curriculum in over 200 universities and colleges in the U.S. and Canada.
